Marmalade offers tasting menus only, in an intimate Old San Juan dining room with a Wine Spectator "Best of Award of Excellence" wine list (2008–2025). Sample courses include fluke sashimi island style, tequila-lacquered popcorn shrimp, heirloom golden beets, ahi tuna tartar, organic beef tartar, paella and red snapper ceviche.
