Algunas asociaciones cobran a los propietarios partidas de utilidades: agua, recogido de basura especial, gas, estacionamiento adicional o servicios que supuestamente consumió tu unidad. Los conflictos surgen cuando el método de reparto es opaco, cuando te cargan el consumo de otra unidad o cuando aparece un "ajuste retroactivo" de meses. Es un reclamo frecuente en edificios donde las utilidades son comunes y se prorratean por fórmulas que nadie explica. Los propietarios que resuelven bien estos casos piden el detalle del cálculo, las lecturas o facturas base y comparan con periodos anteriores hasta encontrar el error o la explicación.
