El Pastor is a family of Mexican restaurants in London from the Hart Brothers (Barrafina), inspired by the decade the founders spent in Mexico City. The original El Pastor in Borough Market sits beneath a railway arch on Stoney Street, making fresh tortillas daily from heirloom Mexican corn — the tacos are some of the best you'll find in London, from the signature Al Pastor (24-hour marinated pork shoulder with caramelised pineapple) to soft-shell crab and mushroom tacos.
